Special orders and a surprise

Here are some special orders that I have done for special customers.....my first " Merboy"

Christmas Stroll Craft Show

The Stroll show was great despite the bad weather....we got rain on Saturday....but the mainland got snow....I would have liked the snow....puts you in a holiday mood....

Festival of Trees

Here's my tree this year at the Festival of Trees held at the Nantucket Whaling Museum....
Sir Octi at the top...
The theme is "Nantucket Sleigh Ride"...so the gals are sledding down the tree.....

Here are two "Ladies".....
They are Mermaid Ladies.....
She is the leader of the pack....
There's Rudolph....
with the other 7 whales pulling everyone along!
Tonight is the party! Yaaaaay! :):)

Set backs

I've had a little set back in a business transaction.....seems the people I was dealing with reneged

on a promise that we had made. Probably due to mis- communication.

I'm an old thing, so this isn't the first time I've had to deal with a set back. I like this picture taken by Tim Walker....

I have it as my screen saver, and it makes me happy everytime I turn it on. I know that optimism is the fuel that will get you moving ....

Here is another image that makes me happy....It's a collaboration on a silk screen print that I made with my son, Paul. We had a great Thanksgiving with Marty, Lancy,Mom and Dad.....alot to be thankful for........Well, I'm off to decorate the tree for the festival of trees! Life is good.....Onward....:):)
